Great burger establishment. I was greeted as I walked in, the staff are very knowledgeable have a professional look and attitude. The burger I had was very fresh and was well prepared. As I ate the staff was always engaged and asked the customers if there is something else I can do for you. That definitely shows great Culture of Accountability. The establishment including the restroom was very clean. Great atmosphere. Definitely will go out of my way to return to this Back Yard Burgers.

The burgers were too dry for my liking.

By far the worst FAST FOOD place ever . I try to eat lunch here so many times but always in line for atleast 45 mins with only a few cars .

The lemonade was wonderful but at around three dollars a cup it was much too pricey.

Super friendly staff! The guy behind the counter made sure my family and I has everything we needed. The cook even came to check on us and to thank us! If I'm in the area again I will go back!

Food was good. Took 20 minutes for us to get it along with several others. Staff was friendly and apologetic but gave no reason. This was a Sunday and they may have been short-staffed. Good luck.

Ooooh, mah belly! First time eating at this location, but oh magawd good! Was worried at first cause there were no customers, but we. We're greeted warmly, weren't pushy or hovering, and knew their product. Burgers were cooked perfect!

Absolutely ridiculous. I had to go back 4 times because they messed up my order. The cashier was really nice though. Blonde lady with glasses. Oh and $24 for 3 burgers there's that too.

When we finally got our food it was good. The staff did not pay very good attention and messed up our order which caused it to take an extra long time to correct. However the manager was very accommodating and apologetic. She refixed our order herself to ensure that it was right. It was very good at the end. However we waited an extremely long time.

Stop here once a year as we pass through headed to our vacation spot. Always consistent, clean, and good food.

These burgers taste exactly like an all-beef burger that dad would be barbequing right in the back yard! No pun intended. They truly tastes like home grilled burgers! These burgers are by far more authentically flavorful than your average, run of the mill, fast food restaurant. If I ever drive by another Back Yard Burger... I'm driving right up!!

Counter person didn't give out the usual number to identify each customer. Service seems to be slow compared to previous visits. My wife received the wrong burger and my chicken sandwich was fried pretty crispy and I ordered it grilled. Parking lot out front has the same hole that's been there for several years, it's not a small hole. Just not up to our expectations.

I was real hungry and i stopped by to eat. I ordered a turkey burger, fries, a hotdog and pepsi. I enjoyed every bite.

Feb 6, 2020 at 6 pmI give this Backyard Burger ( Highway 19N, Meridian, Ms.) this rating to the manager/the owner who allowed only 2 workers working very hard to cook, wait on the counter, drive in window and all other duties. I give the workers (2), the rating a 5 for doing they best to keep up with everything.

We went there there was on one else in line ahead of us. Took them forever to take our order. BTW they got it wrong. Then one of the staff of constantly on his cell while he was handling the food. Just awful!

This was a good place to eat. I would have given 5 stars, but the lettuce was wilted and we asked our classic to be cut in half and the hours were wrong, but we really wanted to try this place, so we waited the extra hour. They have everyday specials. We came on Sunday which is bogo chicken sandwiches. We got chicken sandwiches, a classic burger, onion rings and seasoned fries. First off, the chicken sandwhich was really good (minus wilted lettuce, i just took off of it), it had a nice lemon pepper taste. The bun was soft, chicken cooked perfectly. We split the classic, which again minus the wilted lettuce, had a really good taste to it too. It wasn't your average thin patty either. Bun was soft too. The onion rings and fries are excellent. A must stop on I-20. It is a little out of the way, but it is worth it.

There's a bit more of a wait in the drive-thru compared to other fast food places, but it's worth it for the fresher, better burgers! Both the waffle fries and the seasoned fries are also a step up from the other guys, but the garlic-parmesan waffle fries are a great splurge.

Great food and Service. Worth stopping at for a sit down meal or on the go
